Fallback Access

SOC platform access stays available even when homepage layouts do not.

This is the built-in safe login page. It stays local to Laravel so a missing homepage table, a broken custom layout, or a down GoSoar node cannot take away operator access.

Once a custom or builtin homepage is activated successfully, the public root route will render that instead.

No database dependency for branding The fallback does not need homepage layout records to render.
No GoSoar dependency for login If builtin homepage fetch fails, the root route still lands here cleanly.
Direct operator path Admins and analysts can still sign in and reach the dashboard without the marketing shell.
